To give professional and technical training and provide advanced and specialized instruction in literature, philosophy, the sciences and arts, besides providing for the promotion of technological researches (Sec. 30 of RA 5521). The BU graduates shall be distinguished by their industry, nationalism and integrity. Along its line, extension service to the community and resource generation through its various productive endeavors shall compliment the University's mandated instruction-research function.

Head, Electrical Engineering Department
Bicol University College Entrance Test. Incoming freshmen are required to take the BUCET. It is a three-hour examination consisting of sub-tests in Language Proficiency in English, Mathematics, Science and Reading Comprehension.
The Bicol University College of Engineering- College Student Council extends its helping hand to the freshmen who will join the College of Engineering community through the self-starter, BUCENG FRESHIE DICTIONARY.
LaunchPad is the continuity of the program โSAY NO TO CENGko: Reference Sharing Programโ by the CSC Interim Officers AY 2020-2021. The program adopts the concept of an e-library wherein students, professors, and graduates of BUCEng can share and view reference files in the subjects that are part of the course curriculum of the six (6) courses offered in the College of Engineering.
A learning management system, or course site, is a web-based system for managing course materials. Instructors can make announcements, share course materials, and enhance discussion, all in one easily accessible location.
We know it's been a bit rough academically lately, but please don't.
The EE program provides students with a strong theoretical and experimental understanding of the principles underlying hardware and software, ranging from device physics to medical imaging and electronics, embedded systems, and control systems engineering. Students may opt to specialize in any of these areas as well as others including: electrical power generation and distribution, medical image processing, computer systems, or design of micro- and nano-scale optical and electronic devices.
This is the part where we failed to be humble. Since then, we rock.

The foundation of the electrical engineering learning experience is a diversified, well-regarded faculty. Some of the most accomplished researchers and practitioners in electrical engineering are represented in the department. They are exceptional at incorporating their real-world knowledge and expertise into their academic leadership and teaching.
